The life of Wilhelmine Adomeit, neé Korsch, is even harder to unravel than the writing on her tombstone. We know little more about her than that she died as the widow of Gottlieb Adomeit in Groß Steinort. According to the ecclesiastical death register, she was 73 years and nine months old, which coincides with the information on her grave.[1]
